Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. K. Simone Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Because some of our body care products are temperature-sensitive, texture may change during warm-weather shipping. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
